  • What amenities are provided at New Space offices?

    In addition to your own private office rooms, our members will also have access to common areas such as the lounge, pantry and toilets. All of our spaces are equipped with CCTV. Complimentary company signage is also provided to all members.

  • Do you provide internet service?

    Yes, internet service is available at New Space.

  • Do you offer daily office rates?

    Unfortunately, we currently only provide spaces for rent on a medium to long-term basis.

  • What is the minimum contract length to rent an office at New Space?

    The minimum contract length is one year, with a minimum stay of at least half the tenancy period (six months).

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, a refundable security deposit of two months’ rent plus one month’s advance rent is required upfront upon contract signing.

  • Can I book an office space in advance?

    A booking fee of one month’s rent can be made to book an office space up to one month in advance prior to moving in.

  • What are the business hours if I rent an office at New Space?

    There are no fixed business hours imposed upon New Space clients, as you will have 24/7 access to your own office.
